Mutiara Luxe Living Sdn Bhd is a renovation and construction company based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, serving homeowners and businesses across the Klang Valley. We have been in business for 7 years — but our roots go back much further than that.

Our co-founder Jack grew up in the industry, accompanying his father to renovation and construction sites from the age of 12 — homes, offices, and factories across the country. What started as a boy watching tradesmen work became a career built on genuine, ground-level knowledge of how a project runs, what goes wrong, and how to get it right.

His partner Arjun brings the business discipline. With a degree in Business Administration and hands-on experience setting up and renovating restaurants, staffing hostels, and residential properties, he understands what clients need before a single wall comes down — realistic budgets, proper planning, and a project that makes commercial sense from day one.

Together, they cover both sides of what a renovation demands: the craft and the coordination.

We handle the full scope of a renovation: structural work, flooring, electrical and plumbing coordination, and finishing — managed by people who are on site, not just on the phone. Our clients work with the same team from quotation through handover, so nothing gets lost between "the guy who quoted it" and "the guy who built it."

Our approach is straightforward: transparent pricing, realistic timelines, and a finished result that matches what was promised at the start. Whether it's one room or a full property overhaul, we run it like it's our own home on the line.
